Argos is not a conventional store – and it's not a bank. So what would customers expect from a store card from Argos?
What we did
- Created, managed and launched a unique 3-in-1 Argos Card
- Developed the brand tone of voice and produced everything from sales POS to over 300 operational letters
- Achieved the highest retention and activation rates in the store card market.
Results
1.5m customers in just 2 years, with far higher retention and activation rates than any other store card on the high street.
