Amplifon appoint The Black Hole
Amplifon, world leading hearing aid retailer, needed an agency to help increase response to its acquisition and CRM activity. In a four-way pitch, they were impressed with The Black Hole’s thinking on the customer mindset and how to deliver targeted messages at the right time to different types of customer.
